Dr, Bülent Tavli, had his PhD. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Rochester (USA) (2002). He had woked as Post-Doctoral Researcher at University of Rochester (USA)and as R & D Engineer at Harris Corporation (USA).

Research Intrest

Computer networks, optimization, Embedded systems and Wireless communication.
