Biography

Professor of the Department of Plant Biology at the University College of Malaga from 1972 to 1976 and since that date in the UMA. Professor of Plant Biology since 1985. She has participated as a researcher in numerous research work and carried out numerous reports for public administrations and companies. Her scientific work focuses on the study of taxa and plant communities, Mediterranean habitats and extreme habitats, being the author of more than one hundred publications in this field. She has participated in more than 60 congresses and symposia of international scope and has been a Organizing Committee in several. National Prize of Urbanism 1978 as member of the team editor of the work: Pilot study for the protection of the physical environment in an area around Malaga.
