Biography

Dr. Bizri is an Assistant Professor in the field of management, and is the chairperson of the Department of Management and Marketing Studies at the College of Business Administration. She has been teaching at Rafik Hariri University for 17 years during which she served as coordinator for the management major and sat on several university and college committees. In teaching, Dr. Bizri strives to create relevance between learned theory and workplace practice. She is the founder and faculty advisor for the RHU Management Society, and is also one of the faculty COOP advisors.

Research Intrest

Dr. Bizri’s research interests focus on how family businesses and entrepreneurial startups can benefit from tools of Islamic finance, and her research work covers various areas in organizational science and strategy like human resource management, entrepreneurship, and succession.
