Master of Biological and Medical Sciences from 1987-1993. Master of Science, Denis Diderot University, Paris VII in 1992-1993. Diploma of Statistics Applied to Medicine Option Clinical Research in 1994-1995. DEA in Microbiology, University Paris VII Option Virologie Fondamentalein 1994-1995. PhD in Sciences / Microbiology at the University of Paris VII, Denis Diderot in 1995-1998. Diploma of Specialized Studies in Ophthalmology in 1996, State Diploma of Doctor of Medicine in 1998, and Habilitation to direct research (University of Paris VI) in 2000. Professor Bodaghi is responsible for a research team in ocular immunology (CNRS Unit UMR 7087 led by Prof. D. Klatzmann) since November 2000. Professor of the universities since 2003, and hospital practitioner in the service of Professor Le Hoang, he was elected member of the board of the College of French Ophthalmologists of France in 2006 , Then President of the Commission of Qualification in Appeal of Ophthalmology to the National Council of the Order of Physicians in 2008.
