Dr. Badrane Benlahcene holds a PhD in Philosophy and Civilization Studies from University Putra Malaysia and an MA in Comparative Religions and Islamic Thought from the International Islamic University Malaysia. He is currently an Associate Professor of Comparative at HBKU’s College of Islamic Studies. He worked previously as an Associate Professor of Islamic Studies, King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia, and as an Associate Professor of Philosophy, Batna University, Algeria, and Head of Research at the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia.
