Biography

Annalisa obtained her MSc Master Degree with honors in 2000 at the University of Siena, Italy, PhD in Molecular Medicine in 2007 at the University of Milan, Italy and a postgraduate degree of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Milan, Italy in 2015.

Nutrigenetics of Nutrition Related-Chronic Non communicable Diseases (NR-NCD) in adults and children Dietary effects on gut microbiome in NR-NCD and other pathologies (cancers, gastro intestinal chronic inflammations) Nutritional and genetic determinants of cardiovascular diseases Epidemiology of obesity and diet effects on renal nephrolithiasis Genetic and in vitro functional studies of genes involved in kidney diseases
