Biography

André Sapir holds a PhD in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, 1977. He is professor at André Sapir holds a PhD in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. He is University Professor at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and Senior Fellow of Bruegel, the Brussels-based think tank. He is also a Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).
