Biography

Ana G. Juanatey joined IBEI as a research assistant in October 2011. She is currently coordinating the research project "Regulatory Governance in Higher Education: a Comparative Analysis of Instruments, Agencies and Audiences" (UNIREGOV), funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (2015-2018). Ana holds a PhD in International Law by the Deparment of Law of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2016). She is a BA in Political Science and Administration (USC, 2006) and a MA in International Relations (IBEI, 2007). She was a visiting researcher at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO, 2015). She has worked in the Institut de Drets Humans de Catalunya, the European Agency for Fundamental Rights and she has done consultancy work for the World Bank and the Barcelona City Council, among others.
