Saeedi worked for many years as a Legal Adviser to a number of Ministries and Institutions in Iraq, and contributed in many Legal Conferences in the Arab world and Europe. During his work in the Academic field, Dr. El-Saeedi has contributed to several committees for developing the Legal curriculum. In addition, Dr. El-Saeedi has researched and written various legal topics and published numerous studies and articles in Iraqi journals.
