He has completed his Ph.D in Social Anthropology and Ethnology, Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Paris, France. His research Interests are Economic anthropology, new cultures of capitalism, property, social change, socialism, post-socialism, migration, transnationalism, oral history, history of anthropology, Balkans, EU, Bulgaria, Greece.
