Biography

Alice Sinatra has rewarded with Laurea in Physics, University of Milan, ITALY, 1993. She completed her Ph.D. in Physic from University of Milan ITALY in 1997 under the guidance of Prof. Luigi Lugiato, Thesis Title: Quantum noise control in nonlinear optical systems using two-photon transitions. She has recived many fellowhips and research grants, amongst them some of them are: INFM postdoctoral scolarship, University of Milan, 1996-1997, Marie Curie Individual fellowship of the EU, ENS Paris, 1997-1999, Maître de Conférence au Collège de France (Chair of Claude Cohen Tannoudji) 1999-2000, Associate Professor in Paris VI University, 2000-2016, Member of the French National Council of Universities CNU 2012-2015, Professor in Paris VI University, 2016-present.
