He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Law Faculty (1990). He has done his LL.M. in the University of Texas (1996) and PhD in the University of London (2004). He has published several books and articles in national and international law journals, and submitted several presentations at national and international conferences. He also serves as visiting lecturer at the Queen Mary College, Centre for Commercial Law Studies, School of International Arbitration.
