Biography

Dr. Ali Khalfan Al-Naqbi is an Associate Professor of science education. Before joining the UAEU, 1994, he taught chemistry, biology, and general science at the governmental schools. He also supervised chemistry and general science teachers. His work with the Ministry of Education last for almost ten years. His educational experiences include developing school science curricula and curriculum frameworks, goals and standards, textbooks, and other related instructional materials nationally and at the region level. He received his higher education degrees from the Ohio State University (1996/2000). He is the author and co-author of more than twelve journal papers. He has attended and presented at several national and international educational conferences.
