Born in Nigeria, Graduated from Alvan Ikoku College of Education with an NCE in Mahematics/Physics from University of Nigeria Institute of Education. Recieved the BS degree in Electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Masters degree from Lousiana Tech University. Recieved a Ph.D. form LSU in engineering Science majoring in Elcertical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, and minors in Nuclear Scince and Quantitative Business Anaylsis.
