Biography

He is at present the acting Head of Human resource management department in University of Pretoria, South Africa. He did his graduation, Masters and Doctoral studies from North-west University. He has done B.com in communication management (2004), B.com honours in industrial psychology (2005), M.com in industrial psychology (2006) and PhD in industrial psychology (2009). He has Received NRF-rating (Category = Y2) 2015 - present, Nominated as most productive junior researcher at NWU (2014), ITEA (teaching excellence) award from NWU (2015), TOP 20 performance award from NWU (2012, 2013, 2014) and also received Research Developmental Programme-funds from UP (2016 -2018).

Research Intrest

His research interest is in Psychometrics, Cross-cultural psychology, Personality, social desirability, identity and cultural intelligence & Lexical and Emic-etic approaches
