Professor Akihiro Ikeda pursued his Ph.D.from University of Tokyo in year(1997), and has done his Postdoctoral Research from The Jackson Laboratory, in year 1997-2003 At present he is working in Department of Medical Genetics in University of Wisconsin Madison. His Research Interests are- identify genes involved in aging, cell proliferation and neovascularization using mouse genetics as a tool and his Research Fields are- Disease Biology Cell Biology, Gene Expression, Neuro & Behavioral Genetics, Human, mouse & rat.
