Dr. Ajay Singh is currently affiliated to Department of Food Science and Technology, Mata Gujri College, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, India, continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Food Safety, Food Preservation, Milk enzyme estimation, Antinutritional minimization, Microbiological estimation . Dr. Ajay Singh is serving as an honorary reviewer for Journal of Food Processing & Technology & other reputed journals and has authored several articles along with chapters in different books related to Food Safety, Dairy Foods, Food Preservation, Milk enzyme estimation, Antinutritional minimization, Microbiological estimation.
