Ahmed Tanvir Currently working as Professor in the department of Health System and Population Studies Division in International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research.

I amcurrently working in icddr,bwith research focus on evaluation of activities conducted under the funding of Gavi, the vaccine alliance. In this position, my role is to assess community needs in health sector specially for immunisation services, developing and implementing training and support programme for the community as well as preparation of report and policy brief according to research findings to ensure the policy implication of study results to strengthen the existing health system for better health services to the community.
