Afrin Sadia Currently working as Professor in the department of Maternal and Child Health Division in International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research.

Social epidemiology and health are my areas of interest, especially, health care seeking behavior and practices, health service delivery and health systems in the areas of family planning, maternal and reproductive health. Equity and gender are two broad lenses I want to put my analysis on health. Currently I am involved in a project aiming to expand the access of family planning services among married adolescent girls living in urban slums of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
