Biography

 He has B. Tech in Microbiology, M. Tech in Biotechnology and PhD in Microbiology and is an Industrial Microbiologist/Biotechnologist.

Research Intrest

He has expertise in Mushroom biotechnology and biomedical uses (antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumour), antibiotic resistance and molecular biology. He is currently working on commercial cultivation of mushroom using agrowaste, purification of waste water using bioflocculant, biosynthesis of nanoparticles from mushroom (Pleurotus spp.), Ficus opuntia-indica, Persea americana (Avocado) and their biomedical importance.
