He has 15+years of research experience at Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow as well as in the Department of Chemistry and College of Pharmacy, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Tallahassee, USA. He has also worked as Scientist and Senior Scientist at Neopharm Incorporated, Waukegan, IL, USA. He has teaching experience of more than three years of experience at Florida A&M University, Tallahassee, USA and Five years in India. His achievements includes Research Assistant Fellowship from ICMR; SRF from CSIR, Key to Success award from NeoPharm Inc., USA. His Administrative responsibilities includes Dean, Faculty of Sciences and Head, Department of Chemistry, Member of Academic council, Member of Executive Council; Member of American Chemical Society, New York Academy of Sciences; Member of Advisory Board NIPER-CSIR, Raibareily, Member of Advisory Board in 16th National Agricultural and Technological Congress, 2014.He has one national and one USA patent; published several papers in refereed journals and attended many conferences in India and USA.
