Electrochemistry and corrosion of metals. Studies on the corrosion behaviour of some alloys have attracted much attention because they posses higher corr osion resistance and better mechanical characteristics in comparison with some individual metals, so, some alloys have been prepared at different compos itions, using fusion method such as tin- antimony, tin – indium and zinc – nickel alloys. These alloys have many applications in industry and battries. Corrosion inhibition of some metals and alloys in aqueous solutions using organic compounds is very important in order to decrease the corrosion rate of some metals and alloys which are used in industry.
