Samar Farha, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Respiratory & Critical Care Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Farha worked as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic’s Lerner College of Medicine, and was Staff at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio, US. Dr. Farha is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with additional specialty certification in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. She is a member of several professional societies, including the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, the Society of Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Hypertension Association. Dr. Farha has also published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals and has worked extensively on translational research in the field of pulmonary hypertension. She earned her medical degree from the American University Beirut, Lebanon, before completing her internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas-Medical Branch in Galveston, US. She also completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas-Medical Branch and finished a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, US.​
