Mirias Panagiota is a graduate of the Nutrition and Dietetics Faculty of the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Crete since 2006. She has been practicing at the General University Hospital Attikon. She has completed a dissertation on "nutritional support for patients with digestive cancer who undergo combined chemotherapy". In 2008 he graduated from Iridology at the NHS in Greece. In 2009, he attended and completed annual private education on Nutritional Disorders (anorexia nervosa - bulimia nervosa) in the Greek Center for Eating Disorders. In 2013, she attended and completed additional annual private education on nutritional disorders and obesity under the title "master in practitioner skills of eating disorders and obesity" by KEDAD. In 2016 he graduated from the "Nutrition and Exercise" specialization in Harokopio University of Athens with excellence. The year 2014 was certified by the CCBM as an adult educator. She is a book writer - nutrition guide "The Green Fairy, I Eat Right and I ... I LOVE", which was published in Athens in 2013 by A.P.PUBLICATIONS publications. He is secretary of the Regional Council of Attica, the Association of Nutrition Nutritionists of Greece. He has been involved in informing the public through TV and WEBTV on various channels as he also maintained a permanent presence at zoygla.gr in the years 2012-2013 and in Channel 9 on Athens nip tuck in 2014-2015 and in Channel E in the years 2016 - 2017. She has participated in the 3-month "Women and Health" pilot project on diabetic women (November 9, 2009 - January 30, 2010) under the auspices of the "Greek Endocrinology Society", "Pan-Hellenic Association of Endocrinologists", "Pan-Hellenic Federation of Sickle-Sized Unions diabetes. " She has participated in the European Childhood Obesity Study (WHO) Childhood Obesity Surveillance Initiative (COSI) program, which she has undertaken to represent for Greece the Greek Medical Obesity Society (LEP), in collaboration with the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the ATEI of Thessaloniki, (2010-2016).   He is a member of the scientific group "Nutrition" and "Medidiatrofi", the Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists of Greece, the Greek Medical Society of Obesity, the Greek Medical Society of Iridology. He has posted and continues to publish articles in journals, newspapers, and scientific health sites. He has conducted educational speeches at sports clubs, schools and television since he has also been involved in training in the private IEK STRUCTURE group. She has participated in major publicity events on nutrition issues such as "Breakfast Festival" at the Syntagma Square, "Children's Cookery Competition" from the Association of Multiple Women of Greece in the Peristeri Citizens' Theater, "taste and fitness" at Mall Athens-Maroussi, of action "on the Constitution Metro for health and well-being and more. At the same time he has attended and continues to attend a number of seminars on the nutrition of children and adults. From the year 2016 until today, she attends the Aegean University's annual training on "Counseling, Coaching and Mentoring" while at the same time she maintains her dietary office in Peristeri from 2008 until today.
