  Degree in the University of Utah - Salt Lake City, UT in Master of Occupational Therapy, 2013. Professional Positions as RYT200 (registered yoga teacher), Certified Early Intervention Specialist in UT, Stepping on Fall Prevention Certified. Languages Spoken  is in English.Personal Bio & Interests Michelle graduated in 2009 with her BS in Health Promotion and Education and later in 2013 with her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah. As an occupational therapist, she works with children and adults of all ages with mental/physical disabilities, disorders, and injuries, to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for leading a meaningful life. As a graduate student, she co-led Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses in the community. Michelle is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, who is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of yoga both emotionally and physically. Michelle has received specialized training in leading trauma sensitive yoga classes through the Trauma Center at the Justice Resource center in addition to yoga for at risk youth, yoga for special needs children, and yoga for teens.
