Mark Besch brings over 21 years of healthcare experience to Aegis. In that time, he’s specialized in home and long-term care geriatrics and has sharpened his skills of clinical program development and implementation — the combination of which makes him well-versed in dealing with regulatory affairs, program development and implementation, and manager of development and training in his current role. Before joining Aegis, Mr. Besch held positions in operations, clinical supervision, and staff training and development, and has a background in acute care hospitals, which includes clinical and operational management experience in acute trauma, burns and intensive care units, and cardiac, orthopedic and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program settings. Mr. Besch holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Certificate in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa.
