Biography

  studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of ATEI. Thessaloniki, from which I graduated in 2000. I worked with my colleagues on the subject "Effect of Psychological Factors in the Selection and Design of Diet in Adults". I worked as a dietician in large slimming institutes and in Thessaloniki's Healthy Dining Center. Since 2005 I have been running my own dietetic office while continuing training in nutrition and psychology. I attended Postgraduate Studies and Specialized in Eating Disorders, Obesity & Child Obesity, Nutrition and  Obesity,by KEDAD, according to the National Center for Eating Disorders of Great Britain.  In 2013 I successfully attended a postgraduate specialization program in  Clinical Nutrition  from the Capodistrian University of Athens. In 2014 I successfully attended a distance learning course at McGillX University in Montreal, Food for Thought , from the University of Pennsylvania, "Vital Signs: Understanding What the Body Is Telling Us",  from the University of Copenhagen, "Diabetes - a Global Challenge " and Colorado University " Gut Chek: Exploring YourMicrobiome ".I am a member of the Greek Society of Obesity and the Institute of Nutrition Studies and Research. I participate in most conferences and symposia on nutrition and I am also a speaker at meetings, events and nurseries on nutrition, nutrition and child nutrition psychology. I was a guest on food issues in various TV shows.

Research Intrest
