Konstantina Pappa, born in Corfu, is a dietician and nutritionist . He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Food and Nutrition Technology of the Alexandrian Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. He continued his Postgraduate Studies in the Nursing Department of the School of Health and Welfare Professions, by the Alexandrian Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, entitled " CARE IN THE SACRED DIABETES " and in the direction of CLINICAL DIABETOLOGY . In the framework of the continuous training and updating of modern scientific methods, she participates in conferences and meetings in Greece and abroad both as a speaker and as a speaker.

 At the research level, he has dealt with child obesity as well as with the nutritional education of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus . In the years 2013-14 she worked as a dietician in aesthetic and slimming centers. Since September 2015, he has been a scientific associate of the Hypocrats Hospital of Thessaloniki . Since October 2016 he has been teaching at IEK Pasteur. He is a member of the Association of Nutritionists and Nutritionists of Greece.
