Jean-Luc (“JL”) Neptune is a physician, innovator, technologist, and entrepreneur and is currently Executive Director at Blueprint Health and manager of the Accelerator program. Prior to his current role Jean-Luc was Senior Vice President at Health 2.0 and Director of the Health 2.0 Developer Challenge program. He is the co-founder of two digital health startups including Healogica, an online clinical trials matching platform, and ExpertConsensus, a virtual second opinion service. JL is an investor in a number of web-based ventures and serves as a formal and informal advisor to more than a dozen digital health start-ups. JL is excited to be a part of Team Fit4D and looks forward to helping develop technology and services to help the millions of people worldwide living with diabetes.
