Heather Helle is the Chief Executive Officer of DermOne. She has more than 15 years of diverse experience serving in roles of increasing responsibility across the healthcare services and packaged goods industries. She has held leadership roles in operations, marketing and innovation. Heather has worked domestically and internationally and has a track record of delivering outstanding results for both emerging and mature businesses. Prior to her position at DermOne, Heather was the divisional vice president of Walgreens Healthcare Clinics. In this capacity, she was responsible for leading the company’s retail clinic business within Walgreens pharmacies. She successfully led its transformation and expansion from 50 clinics focused on acute care to more than 400 clinics delivering preventive, diagnostic and treatment services. Heather held management responsibility for more than 1,400 team members and collaborated cross-functionally across the multiple Walgreens businesses and functions. She represented the company’s efforts both internally and externally and has been featured on NPR’s Marketplace, in The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal.
