Dr. Hesham Fawzy is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Al Bouchar Co. -Egypt and HD for Health and Medical Performances Services -UAE, working with many healthcare groups in GCC for hospital acquisition in EG, same time introducing his patent idea of EMR that was recognized as one of top 20 development in Asia World Health 2013 to many main players in the health industry. In S.K. he Acted as a COO & Deputy GM for Hospital, was responsible for its daily operations,renovations,forcing quality standards, improving financials,using resources,and although many parts was shut down to modernize he raised the revenues to 89 Million from 29 M S.R. through financial, administrative decisions actions,and planning new services,re-negotiating contracts with health insurance,credit collections, cutting un-necessary expenses,and insurance rejections, and first of all improving customer satisfaction and retention. Before that, he worked as Chief Executive Director at newly started Health Group in SK,he was responsible about developing and running 4 medical centers,6 pharmacies, a home care srvs., and in less than 2 years, successfully directed the team of PR& marketing campaign to become preferred medical destination of 10,000 + families in 6 months.Structured the business model for future medical centers,negotiated the medical equipment's suppliers.Previously,worked in a newly opened EG Hospital,from entry level as a receptionist when was in college & made his path to COO position after gained a US master degree in Hospital Mgmt. Also,served as a personnel secretary to His Excellency Secretary of Health,and the manager of His Excellency’ office,was responsible about monitoring, reporting,making spot field visits,immediate action plans and many other activities.
