She was born in Volos and studied at the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition of the Harokopio University of Athens, where she graduated in June 2009. She continued her studies in nutrition by completing in September 2012 the Master of Science program "Nutrition of Man " with specialization in Obesity and Weight Management of the University of Glasgow in Scotland ( MSc in Human Nutrition with specialization in Obesityand Weight Management ).  As part of the undergraduate curriculum, paid internships in hospitals : G.Nosokomeio Alexandra (Cardiology, Oncology and Obstetrics Clinic) G.Nosokomeio N.Ionia ' Olga of Kiev " (Diabetes Clinic & ICU) G.NosokomeioThriasio ( Nephrology & Gastroenterology Clinic) G.Nosokomeio ' Salvation'(Pathological & Respiratory Medicine) and G.Nosokomeio Childrens 'Saint Sophia' (Pediatrics), dealing with the monitoring and nutritional assessment of patients in a clinical environment, and prepare specialized diets. As a undergraduate student from 2007 to 2009, she voluntarily participatedin the Health Growth Study program, which included nutrition assessment, anthropometric examination and physical activity assessment of children aged 10-12. Also participated in operations which have appeared as posters(posters) at several conferences during 2008. In 2009 he worked for 12 months as responsible Dietitian of a well-known multi- faceted Aesthetics and Weight Slimming Center in Piraeus, where he undertook nutrition assessment and follow-up of all his members. As part of her training she attended, in 2010, experiential seminars onPsychological Impacts for Eating Dietary Problems by psychologistZafiropoulou Angeliki . He is constantly informed about developments in the field of nutrition since he has participated in most conferences since 2006. He is a member of the Pan-Hellenic Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists.

 Nutrition
