Biography

Dr Daryoush, originally from Khonj, Iran, graduated from the medical university of Debrecen, Hungary and received his Medical Degree (M.D.) in 1997. After completing a 4-year training and residency program he received his postgraduate degree, Specialist Ophthalmologist, from the Hungarian National Qualification Board, Health Professional and Education Commission, Budapest, Hungary in 2002. Dr Daryoush joined Feiz Treatment and Education Ophthalmology Centre, Medical University of Esfahan, Iran. He received his Iranian post graduate degree, Specialist Ophthalmologist, after a period of 3 years gaining experience in all fields of ophthalmology. He currently holds two internationally acclaimed Ophthalmology Board Certificates: 1) Hungarian, 2) Iranian. Between 2006 and 2011, Dr Daryoush ran his private eye clinic in Khonj city, Fars Province, Iran and worked as a part time physician in hospitals of nearby cities (Evaz, Gerash, Parsian – previously known as Gavbandi). As a Consultant Ophthalmologist, he trained in the field of medical and surgical retina in Erzsebet (Elizabeth) Teaching County Hospital Department of Ophthalmology, Sopron , Hungary and Markusovszky Teaching County Hospital, Szombathely, Hungary for a period of 2 years (2011-2013). In 2012, he received his qualification as an Assistant Professor (Sopron, Hungary). He joined full time with Vasan Eye Care, Dubai after obtaining his DHA License in September, 2013. He also worked part time with the Iranian Hospital, Dubai from March, 2014 practicing medical retina and general ophthalmology.
