Biography

Dr. Connolley received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. His residency and fellowship in Gastroenterology were completed at Vanderbilt University. He has been in practice since joining the group in 2005, and has since taken on the role of medical director for GAP’s endoscopy centers. He enjoys participating in medical mission work in Haiti. Dr. Connolley is on the board of the Digestive Health Physicians Association, which is an organization comprised of gastroenterology physicians across the country who are dedicated to promoting and preserving accessible, high quality and cost-efficient care in the independent gastroenterology medical setting. He is board certified in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the North Carolina Society of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the Christian Medical and Dental Association, the Forsyth-Stokes-Davie County Medical Society, and the North Carolina Medical Society.
