she joined St. Francis as a nursing supervisor in 1979 and assumed her current role in 1999. During her tenure, St. Francis became one of the most widely recognized hospitals in the region for nursing and overall clinical excellence. The hospital was recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the best in the nation for nine consecutive years.
