Biography

 The clinical dietician - nutritionist Aikaterini Stamou is a graduate of Greenwich University of London in the UK in the Department of Applied Dietetics and Nutrition.   Her practical clinical practice was in the following Hospitals of Attica: General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio" at the "Korgialenio - Benakio EES" Hospital, in the "Sismanoglio" General Hospital, at the Athens Children's Hospital "Hagia Sophia" and the Institute of Child Health.   Her professional experience began in 2000, when she worked for 3 years with the Panaginthos Athletic Club "THISE" and she was involved in the nutritional support of the athletes, mainly in the Karate sports section.   Since September 2003 he has been maintaining a dietary office in the area of ​​Ambelokipoi - Panormou and is particularly involved in nutrition support for people with health problems, as well as in the nutritional education of people who are interested in specific nutrition issues, eg. pregnancy, breastfeeding, fertility, control or weight control, nutrition and health, body composition change, etc.   In addition, its activities extend to radio broadcasts, speeches and articles in magazines.   She  is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists of the Greek Osteoporosis Institute of the British Nutrition Society of the  British Nutrition Foundation .   Since she has been studying in the UK, she has attended and participated in world educational conferences and nutrition seminars, such as: Nutrition of Women, Athlete Nutrition, Nutrition and Metabolism, Clinical Dietetics and Obesity, Nutrition, Nutrition of Athletes and Athletes but also medical training seminars referring to diseases requiring nutritional support and monitoring, such as: Cardiology, Diabetes, Thyroid, Female and Male fertility.
