Position:  Deputy General Director for General Issues of JV "Vietsovpetro". Duties: Management of work on external relations of the enterprise, provision of workers' rights, training and human resources development of the Vietnamese Participant in JV Vietsovpetro, holding competitions and bonuses, maintaining labor discipline, social responsibility to the company, advertising activities of the enterprise, work on interaction between socio-political organizations in JV "Vietsovpetro". Ensuring efficient and rational use of residential and industrial premises. Organization of work on audit and verification, ensuring compliance with regulations, rules and legislation on JV Vietsovpetro. Participation in the recruitment and redistribution of personnel, substitute positions from the chief of department / service and higher or equivalent posts in departments / services and units, Academic degree / specialty :  master of economics, engineer on the specialty "Geology of oil and gas".
