Wissam Jreige completed her bachelors and master degree in human nutrition at USJ Education on the principles of healthy eating, obesity and related complications. Research: Study aiming to spread a guide for people intolerant to gluten in Lebanon. It also aims to prepare a list of foods allowed according to the food categories encountered at the Lebanese market. Study for the final dissertation. It aims to describe the socio-demographic, anthropometric, hygienic and dietary characteristics and the management of diabetes by adolescents with type 1 diabetes recruited from the only specialized medical center in Lebanon, the CCC Chronic Care Center. It also aims to determine the factors involved in poor glycemic control of adolescents with type 1 diabetes aged 8 to 20 years.
