Since the end of the Moscow Medical Academy named after IM Sechenov in 1989 to the present time he works at the Research Institute of Eye Diseases of RAMS . Under the guidance of Professor S.Avetisov in 1997 he defended his thesis on the subject: "Correction of vision with the help of various augmentation agents in patients with senile maculogenesis and cataracts". In 1997, he completed an internship in phacoemulsification in Shepherd Eye Center, Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2011 he defended his doctoral dissertation "System of combined pathogenetically oriented surgical treatment of cataract and open-angle glaucoma". The main thrust of scientific research is the improvement of the known and the creation of new microsurgical interventions, as well as the development of methods for treating patients previously considered inoperable. Scientific horizon and range of scientific interests Vvedensky AS are extensive. The priority areas of research include: development and improvement of techniques for cataract extraction and implantation of intraocular lenses improvement of the technology of ultrasonic phacoemulsification of cataracts The newest  technique is the destruction of cataract by a femtosecond laser development and introduction into clinical practice of new models of elastic artificial lenses and methods of their fixation in the tissues of the eye improvement of the technique of cataract removal in complicated cases (with a narrow pupil, high degree of myopia, concomitant pathology of the retina and vitreous body, including the avitreal eyes, with a complete displacement of the lens into the vitreous, as a result of trauma or birth defects) the development of new, more efficient types of operations with the combination of cataracts and glaucoma the creation of new methods for the treatment of glaucoma. A fundamentally new direction, both for domestic and for world practice, was the creation of a scientific direction in ophthalmic surgery, dubbed "Refractive cataract surgery." The essence of it is to ensure a guaranteed result of treatment due to an individual approach to planning the operation, preventing the development of postoperative induced astigmatism and correcting the accompanying refractive errors. Carrying out a complex of operations: cataract removal and laser correction of refractive disorders. Vvedensky A.S. repeatedly took part as an organizer and speaker in many domestic and foreign conferences. Carries out courses of perfection of doctors.
