During the years 1998 to 2005, she worked as an optician in optical shops in Prague. Since the year 2005, she has been working as a leading optician and optometrist in the eye practice Oculeur in Kladno. In the years 2008 to 2010, she worked as an optician and optometrist in the optical shop Optique Mia in ŘíÄany, near Prague. Veronika Farkašová is a member of the Czech contactologic Association and the Society of Czech opticians and optometrists.
