Seema Daulat, MD is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and has an interest in medical dermatology, cutaneous oncology and preventative skin care. Dr. Daulat graduated magna cum laude from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Spanish, as well as a focus on pre-med studies. She then earned her Doctorate of Medicine (MD) at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. As a medical student, Dr. Daulat regularly volunteered at the Agape clinic serving Dallas’ underprivileged community. Following medical school, Dr. Daulat completed both an internal medicine internship at the University of Washington, Seattle as well as a cutaneous oncology research fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. While at MD Anderson Dr. Daulat performed clinical trials that ultimately led to FDA approval of new treatments for skin cancer and cutaneous lymphoma. Dr. Daulat completed her dermatology residency training at the University of Texas at Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her interest in clinical research has led her to contribute articles to top peer-reviewed dermatology journals, including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. She believes that helping to advance the field of dermatology also enables her take better care of patients. Previously, Dr. Daulat was a partner at Mohave Dermatology in Las Vegas, Nevada. There she focused on medical and cosmetic dermatology, and particularly enjoyed helping patients with a history of skin cancer. Although she’s a native Texan, Dr. Daulat hasn’t lived in Austin since she was an undergrad at UT. She’s looking forward to getting reacquainted! In her free time, she loves to stay fit with ballroom dance and yoga. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and loves the challenge of learning new languages.
