Sam Inglis was the lead author of a public-facing report exploring Hong Kong's water security. The report, entitled 'The Illusion of Plenty: Hong Kong's water security, working towards regional harmony', was co-published with think-tank Civic Exchange (CEx) and funded by the WYNG Foundation. At present, he is researching Hong Kong's role in the wildlife trade, both legal and illicit. In this capacity, he represented ADM Capital Foundation at the Public Hearing for the Hong Kong Legislative Council's Panel on Environmental Affairs (June 6th 2017).
