Ryan graduated Imperial College London Medical School in 2006 and went on to become a Plastic Surgery Specialist Registrar in Oxford.Ryan has developed his involvement in Medical Innovation by continuing as a Board member of ASep Healthcare, and is the National Lead for Innovation for the British Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeons (BAPRAS). More recently Ryan was awarded a post as an NHS Clinician Entrepreneur Fellow, championing grassroots clinical innovation.
