Biography

B.A. Music Education, Temple University, Philadelphia, PA, 1980 M.A. Music Therapy, Temple University, Philadelphia, 1982 M.A. Counseling Psychology, University of San Francisco, 1988 Ph.D. Psychology, The Wright Institute, 1998 Dr. Cohan is a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He currently teaches Case Conference at the Wright Institute. He began his mental health career as a music therapist, working with autistic children and mentally ill adults, but since 1988 he has maintained a private psychotherapy practice in Napa, CA, where he treats adults, adolescents, couples, and families, using an integrative model rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therap
