PhD in Work and Engineering Psychology; assistant professor at Social, Work and Organizational Psychology Unit, Department of Psychology, Institute for Population and Human Studies – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IPHS-BAS); coordinator at Career Center to the Training and Education Center – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Research interests in the field of: perceptions and stereotypes at work, women in management, ethnic tolerance at work, career consulting, work-family conflict, networking skills. Nedeva-Atanasova has participated as a team member in 5 projects (funded by Bulgarian Science Fund – Ministry of Education, Youth and Science, OP Programmes and Programme CERGE-EI VIII Annual Regional Competition – Global Development Network), 3 of the projects are still running, as 1 of them refers to the topic of attitudes of different ethnic groups towards work. Nedeva-Atanasova is a certified career consultant (GCDF) and has an experience with career consulting of PhD students and young scientists. In research field, she has participated in the design and data processing of measurement scales of stereotypes and perceptions. Nedeva-Atanasova is a (co)author of 22 academic articles in Bulgarian and English and has participated with papers in 20 conferences and other scientific events.
