Biography

Dr. Moul Dey received her PhD from University of Calcutta, postdoctoral training in functional genomics from Cornell University and was a faculty at Rutgers University. As an Associate Professor in the department of Health and Nutritional Sciences, she directs the Nutrigenomics Research Program at South Dakota State University. Her research is currently funded by National Institutes of Health, USDA-SD Agriculture Experiment Station, and by private industry. Dey has authored more than 25 scholarly articles in past 10 years and shares patent ownerships. She serves on review panels for National Institutes of Health, Department of Defense and various indexed journals.
