Dr Mark Gray obtained his primary medical degree at the University of Otago in 1982. He then underwent postgraduate training in anatomic pathology and dermatopathology at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital and Cornell University/New York Hospital, completing this in 1990. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and is Board Certified in the United States in both Pathology and Dermatopathology. He is a fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Society of Mohs Surgery. He is the founding Director of the Skin Institute group of clinics.
