Biography

 Maria Kapsokefalou  is awarded PhD in Food Science from Cornell University in the 1992 (year).  She holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Food Science from Cornell University in the 1987 (year). followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (Bsc) in Chemistry Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athi in the year 1985.She is currently working as  Deputy Rector and Associate Professor in Human Nutrition, Agricultural University of Athens .

Research Intrest

 Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her  research mainly focuses on Nutrition and her research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
