Dr. Lee’s main clinical interest is lung cancer. His clinical research focuses on the early detection of lung cancer with low-dose CT and autofluorescent bronchoscopy. The natural-history elucidation and genetic analyses of ground-glass opacity nodules were his recent academic achievements. Dr. Lee’s translational research group also focuses on adenoviral gene therapy for lung cancer. His recent topics are combination of oncolytic adenovirus and E1-deleted adenovirus and immune checkpoint immunotherapy.
