Kay McCall has more than 16 years of healthcare experience, and has shared 9 of those years with Aegis Therapies. Before joining our company, she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento and went on to get her Master of Science Degree in Human Resources & Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. Her diverse background makes her uniquely qualified for not only leading corporate recruitment, but also the recruitment of facilities, home health, outpatient, and wellness as well. In addition to her responsibilities as a department lead, Ms. McCall also acts as the Aegis liaison with AMN Healthcare for contingent labor to supplement staffing within the facilities when needed.
